Thank you very much for your bug report. Gnomesword is no longer developed. It has been renamed into Xiphos see xiphos.org I'm sorry 7.04 is no longer supported. Have you upgrade to Hardy or later releases? Crosswire packaging team is working on updating Sword, Xiphos, Bibletime and Bibledit in Debian and Karmic. But additionally we provide our packages for older releases. You can try our packages from the PPA https://edge.launchpad.net/~pkgcrosswire/+archive/ppa We have Hardy - Karmic packages there.
