*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1196177 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1196177 I had changed Gtk+ Theme to Adwaita and it seemed better but many things became unreadable including Ubuntu Software Center. When looking at that I could not tell one thing from another as I could not see any text. I switched it back to Ambiance where it was in the first place. *** This bug is a duplicate of bug 1196177 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1196177 I believe this is not really a GTK bug (even though it probably was triggered by the GTK 3.8 update) because it doesn't affect the Adwaita theme. New GTK versions do break GTK themes but I'm not sure anything can be done about that.
