When I attempt to upgrade to saucy, update-manager crashes around extracting 
the tarball:
$ sudo update-manager -d
[sudo] password for abentley: 
Checking for a new Ubuntu release
authenticate 'saucy.tar.gz' against 'saucy.tar.gz.gpg' 
extracting 'saucy.tar.gz'
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:    Ubuntu 13.04
Release:        13.04
$ apt-cache policy update-manager
update-manager:
