Public bug reported:

When you install phpmyadmin with "sudo apt-get install phpmyadmin"
everything works fine, except that the configuration file is not copied
into the /etc/apache2/conf.d/ directory.

The wiki page at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/phpMyAdmin suggests a
fix:

sudo ln -s /etc/phpmyadmin/apache.conf /etc/apache2/conf.d/phpmyadmin.conf
sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 reload

If this command could be run while the package is installed it would make life
a lot simpler for people.

Also, a little notice during installation to tell the user to visit
"http://localhost/phpmyadmin"; would be helpful.

This is my first bug report, I hope I have everything right.

Thank you

James
