Oh dear, what a pointless delta (no rdepends except xmpi itself). @noskcaj: My understanding is before we can sync, we need to transition from libxmpi4c2 to libxmpi4 and this can only be done during an LTS release. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1245149 Title: Please merge xmpi 2.2.3b8-13.1 from Debian testing (main) To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xmpi/+bug/1245149/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1245149] Re: Please merge xmpi 2.2.3b8-13.1 from Debian testing (main)
The xmpi package has carried an Ubuntu delta since the CXX transition in Breezy. My intention in the patch against version 2.2.3b8-13.1 in Debian attached to comment #1 is to re-synchronize with Debian. I believe that if this is done during the 14.04 LTS development cycle, the Ubuntu delta can be completely dropped in 14.10.
