Public bug reported:

The keyboard map in Unity for the Finnish Macintosh keyboard does not
map correctly.  There seems to be no way to type an at (@) sign.  That
is critical.  The below are less important.

The positions of Alt L and Super L are swapped.
There is no key corresponding to Level3 S...
There is no key corresponding to Menu
AltR has no corresponding keymap
The € should be over the four with a shift but that produces ¤ instead..
The § to the left of the 1 mistypes as < and with shift it is > instead of °
The key to the right of å does nothing apparently.
The <> key to the left of the z key mismaps to § and °
