In Gutsy Beta, daily updated, I can reproduce the crash only when compiz
is enabled and gstreamer is configured to use xv output. Without compiz
or with compiz / non-xv output, visualization works fine. I also have an
Intel x3100 (GM965). As the x3100 has been blacklisted for compiz, this
bug should normally not occur anymore and I will close it.

Sebastien, are you certain this is an intel driver issue?  I don't spot
anything in the logs that indicates this.

Now using Tribe 4. With desktop effects off, visualizations works fine.
After turning Normal effects on, clicking on visualizations makes
RhythmBox exit without any notice.

The crash occurs every time, using xserver-xorg-video-intel on an Intel
x3100 chipset.
