I uninstalled sudo apt-get remove libhybris and sudo apt-get autoremove Now gnome-shell and other application launch again without ask for libwayland-egl.so.1. explanation: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2209731 libhybris library was installed with Unity 8, when I wanted to test it.
