Public bug reported:

When changing password in Xfce-Settings -> Users and Groups, and
supplying a "too simple" password (e.g. "a12345"), the application might
hang. On the first time the application says "Password too simple", on
the second try, the application hangs, until you close it.

I could reproduce that on two machines (one KVM beta2 and on Laptop )
running Xubuntu 14.04 and one Laptop running Xubuntu 13.10.
