Please sync emacs-defaults 46.0 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Default to emacs24.
* Default to emacs24.
The only change in 45.0ubuntu1 is from emacs23 to emacs24 which is also the
only change from 45.0 to 46.0
Changelog entries since current utopic version 45.0ubuntu1:
emacs-defaults (46.0) unstable; urgency=low
* Switch to emacs24.
