Binary package hint: update-manager

I pressed alt+F2 and wrote: 
kdesu "adept_manager --dist-upgrade-devel"

then I entered my password and adept manager opened. I pressed the
"Version upgrade" button and after clicking on the finish button from
the upgrade wizard and when the Distribution upgrade opens it crashes
with the following message:
