This bug is still present in Unity in 15.10 beta 2. This should not be marked as a duplicate because: 1. This bug clearly explains a single problem whereas the other bug report references multiple problem. 2. This bug has a descriptive title containing the key words "Toggle Desktop" 3. The other bug 1311323 is still active despite being marked as critical 15 months ago! Also, this bug report lists the affected package as unity-tweak-tool. I can confirm this. This appears to be a bug in Unity. There is nothing that can be done at the Unity Tweak Tool level to fix this.
