Public bug reported:

I booted a clean Ubuntu Gutsy Tribe 5 live CD, with the GNOME DE. Then
installed a KDE application, but it's default look differs from GTK
apps. I thought I will adjust the look of KDE to better match the look
of GNOME, so I installed kde-systemsettings. There were no menu entries
created for launching systemsettings, but like a hundred entries were
created in Applications/Other, each launching an individual setting,
e.g. Cookies, DMA-Channels, IEEE 1394 Devices, System Bell, ...

Only one menu item should be created for systemsettings, and the long
scrolling Other folder should not exist.

** Affects: ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
