Please sync libxp 1:1.0.2-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Build using dh-autoreconf.
* Build using dh-autoreconf.
Debian has merged Ubuntu changes.
Changelog entries since current utopic version 1:1.0.2-1ubuntu1:
libxp (1:1.0.2-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Use dh-autoreconf to add support for new architectures (Closes: #751769).
