TEST STEPS:
1. Reboot the machine with PIN locked SIM card in slot 1
2. Go to network indicator and press "Unlock SIM"
EXPEXTED RESULT:
Enter SIM PIN Screen should be seen ("see attached unlocking-2.jpg")
ACTUAL RESULT:
UI shows momentarily a black screen with with grey box and text Enter SIM PIN
(unlocking.jpg) before showing unlocking-2.jpg
