Dear Masters Of The Universe, Affected release: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Trusty Source Package: freemedforms-project (0.9.0-2) As described on upstream issue manager [1] freemedforms-emr crashes during network installation (during first run of freemedforms-emr, select type of install: "Network (as server)"). This bug was fixed in version 0.9.4 which is available in Debian Testing (aka Debian Jessie) and also in Debian Unstable (aka Debian Sid). I uploaded freemedforms-project 0.9.4 Debian source package to our Launchpad ppa:freemedforms/ppa : the build process for Trusty worked seamlessly and the application network installation works perfectly.
