there are no stock icons for retry and "add/remove more applications". The second button is long enough to draw the user's attention. An icon would make it even longer. The patch posted in comment 1 for bug #144338 ( https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-app- install/+bug/144338/comments/1 ) also solves this issue, to an extent.
