Public bug reported:
When using the simple QML template, translations are correctly built,
but not included in the final click package.
This is a critical issue for developers, who otherwise won't be able to
ship translations.
To provide more context, we're also in the process of writing i18n
tutorials for app & scope developers and a guide, and this bug is
blocking the QML tutorial.
