Binary package hint: openoffice.org
I copied and pasted a couple of files in konquerer.
Unknowingly those files were still and my klipboard or w/e it's called.
Accidentally pushing ctrl+V in oo.org writer froze and crashed the
program.
Pressing ctrl+V in e.g. Kate gives output:
file:///location of file
