Steve, Can someone from Canonical help us to push this package to Debian? PAFLib is already available on Debian: http://mentors.debian.net/package/paflib Please note that while this package is on mentors.debian.net, it is not a part of Debian, it is only a staged package. The maintainer of the package on mentors.debian.net is Breno. I presume that if you have requirements about specific versions of the package for Ubuntu 15.10, you should be able to communicate those to him directly.
