Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v4.2 kernel[0]. Two things more. I forgot to say my settings :-) I run Vivid Lubuntu and the system IS up to date.
