I'm sorry but I have no time to reinstall to recreate the error. The workaround to this bug was to click back and then continue again. I'm not able to reproduce this. I let it sit at the user credential screen for a good 10 minutes and when I came back it was still sitting there waiting for me to enter the username and password with the continue button ready and waiting.
