[Bug 1483441] Re: exo-utils 0.10.6-1 don't support paths with special characters

2015-12-08 Thread Martina Kollarova
I've found this happens even with some ASCII characters, e.g. "?". Thus,
I cannot open magnet links, because "magnet:?xt=urn:" becomes
"magnet:%3Fxt=urn:". I'm using version 0.10.6.

[Bug 1483441] Re: exo-utils 0.10.6-1 don't support paths with special characters

2015-09-10 Thread Krzyzstof
Hi,
I have the same annoying bug on my Linux Mint 17.2 XFCE with french characters
(é, è, à...). It is a very very annoying bug. For example when I want to launch
an audio files through Impress (LibreOffice), it's no more possible :
This original path :
/home/christophe/Vidéos/Université/Veille/2010-08-15_Perrier, la rumeur, c’est
fou.mp3

becomes :

Cannot translate URI reference to external format:
file:///home/christophe/Vid%C3%A9os/Universit%C3%A9/Veille/2010-08-15_Perrier,%20la%20rumeur,%20c%E2%80%99est%20fou.mp3

To sum up, impossible to launch my audio files this way.
This bug seems to be only on the last Linux Mint 17.2 XFCE (new version of
exo). Not appears on Linux XFCE 17.1 or prior.
Please, can you fix it !
Thanks
