[Bug 1562435] Re: [needs-packaging] startpar
Thanks for reporting. Looks like this package is present in Debian [1], but was removed [2] and blocked from future syncs in Ubuntu [3]. Based on the comments, it seems to be due to the decision to not support multiple init systems in Ubuntu.
