Fixed in Firefox 47. The bug supposedly occurs on GTK 3.20, not GTK < 3.20. This is the case on my system. @Ryan: can you confirm this? My work-around is to revert to v45 of Firefox. I've also been seeing this, it seems to be an upstream issue. I've tried more than one distro and different gtk3 themes.
