Work around is to reinstall the dictionary. Can be done by File Wizards Install new Dictionaries Select your language and pick the Dictionary and it should download it and install it (make sure you tell it to replace ones that you already have installed). It should download it and install it for you. Yeah, thanks - I didn't notice I forgot to add the package name until after I hit the irrevocable send. But that wiki was helpful for future reference. I have seen it on my primary desktop machine as well as a laptop, so it isn't a one off thing. There are a number of openoffice.org related packages, but this is a good place to start. I think it was present in feisty as well, but I didn't have time to follow it up.
