This causes the "pkcsconf -t" to fail with an error "CKR_TOKEN_NOT_PRESENT". The issue is fixed with the following commit upstream. https://sourceforge.net/p/opencryptoki/opencryptoki/ci/aeea198cb8ea640cd37735365ee51a03aca67036/ "create missing tpm lock directory from tpm stdll."
