This is still a problem. When I connect to a 2003 exchange server the URL is: https://webmail.state.nm.us/cookieauth.dll?GetLogon?url=%2Fexchange% 2Freason=0/ Note the cookieauth.dll. Evolution expects CookieAuth.dll and since windows is case insensitive, it would be nice if the exchange plugin would work regardless of case in the URL.
