Another change. The package has need of merge. I suppose that creating the /var/run/polipo/ must be from polipo-control script, not from init.d, because user can disable this one and he can start polipo-control manual. Another solution can be in moving polipo.pid to the /var/run/. And also I can't understand reason why Tom (the previous maintainer) had set 750 permission on the /var/run/polipo/ directory - there is nothing private, only pid file. What do you think? For definition, they have to be create from root and the user hasn't to do all with privileges of root. The directory would have to be included in an any directory to be executed from root. Anyhow, I'll proceed with the merge. I tried to reproduce Bug #47545 again and everything seems to work fine. Is this change still really needed?
