Public bug reported:

On my krillin, I'm seeing "Mute" where "Silent Mode" used to be.

I had thought it was Mute on desktops and Silent Mode on phones (with
different behaviors).

Maybe this change was intentional, but on the off chance it wasn't,
here's a bug.
