Tested in my env aswell with the proposed stream,it is working as expected and

Have tested with the given packages, and now VM starts with dac secuity driver 
added in the xml.

I beg a pardon, I tested all on amd64 where it obviously worked.
Of course I can enable and upload a new rev.
Rebuilding in the ppa for ppc64el this very moment - please retest once it
is built.

I am still hitting with error
