I fully support this, however, I don't have the permissions to upload
it.  I have also tried to run 'requestsync' but the tool says it is up
to date with Debian!

Any time I ask about getting it released I'm told it has to be sync'ed
from Debian.

Unfortunately, the application Minuet had to be omitted from Apps in
Yakkety because we didn't have the upgraded version it needs to build.

I'll sync this for you. Note that it is in Debian experimental not
unstable.

Next time, I think you'll find it easier to run the 'requestsync'
command found in the ubuntu-dev-tools package. This will help you file a
bug and subscribe ubuntu-sponsors to the bug so that it's seen by people
with upload privileges.

I'll just cross-reference bug #1584310 , which explains why this is
needed within the Kubuntu-flavor. Whereas the Developers are urgently
waiting for the package to start on Minuet packaging.
