Thanks for your submission. Document renders (but won't print due to security) under acroread. Russian characters do not get displayed in evince (2.20.1) under gutsy. I don't have Russian language installed on my machine, I presume that reporter does, so one has to assume that embedded Russian font is not being picked up in evince, but is rendered correctly by acroread.
