Public bug reported:

Trying to start the service, but instant inactivity. I do have an
internal transceiver. I have tried many ways, as well as:

:~# rfkill block bluetooth; rfkill list; /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart;\
/etc/init.d/bluetooth status;\
modprobe -r btusb; modprobe btusb;\
/etc/init.d/bluetooth restart; /etc/init.d/bluetooth status
(Why is it btusb??)

Running on Ubuntu 4.8.0-51.54-generic 4.8.17 with LXDE desktop
(Unable to add lspci log: I/O error during command)
