I have tested neutron-lbaas-dashboard 2.0.0-0ubuntu1.1~cloud0 with cloud-archive:ocata-proposed (cloud:xenial-ocata/proposed in charm config). It worked as expected, and I only saw one LBaaS v2 panel which is "ng" version.
