Please sync chef 12.14.60-3 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Stefano Rivera pushed his changes in Ubuntu to Debian, and of course I
fixed the net-ssh incompatibility. There is no Delta.
