Public bug reported: I am installing Ubuntu 16.04.3 LTS from a bootable usb I created. It works fine when I just try Ubuntu. Although sometimes it is unable to mount my HDD. When I try to install it by replacing previously installed Windows 7 it returns a fatal error with message that grub- install/dev/sda failed. As of now there is no active OS in my system and the error remains the same.
