This is a desktop. I haven't got the logic in this problem. In about 50% of the logins the desktop size is larger than the monitor size and part of the application windows are outside the monitor. Is this on a laptop or a desktop? I have only experienced something similar on a laptop a couple of years ago with a laptop of mine.
