Seed change done, should be demoted (but not removed) on the next runs. No need for Colin to move to a ppa as it will stay in universe. For now we already agree on demotion from main - and cleaning up the seeds would be a prereq for the removal anyway. @kirkland: accumulated justifications: 1) no python3 support (not possible? per c#1) -- which implies we'd remove it eventually anyways 2) no reverse-depends (no consumers) 3) not in Debian, so it's purely technical debt? tickcount is probably unportable to Python 3 (https://bugs.python.org/issue19199). As far as I know it's only there for the benefit of Launchpad, and we can manage via a PPA or a virtualenv, so you shouldn't consider us as blocking its removal.
