Not a critical issue, but it would be nice for people doing "something
else" and manually doing their partitioning to warn them if there's a
missing EFI partition if doing an UEFI boot and install.

That will save them going through the install only to crash right at the
end with a non-specific error message because of the missing EFI
partition.

Note that I did a manual partitioning scheme and hence there was
probably no EFI partition for grub-efi-amd64-signed to be installed
into. That would explain the crash.
