When it's released, probably yes (if we can test it enough). The Battle for Wesnoth 1.4 should be released at the beginning of the March, 1.3.14 (1.4 beta) will be released on January 12. More detailed roadmap can be found at http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/Wesnoth1.4ReleasePlan. First, please report bugs under the affected package, so bug contacts get a change to view it. Second, 1.3.x is unstable, and so, we won't get it in.
