Public bug reported:

I was testing Menu Libre 2.2.0 on newest Xubuntu 18.04, I added a new
blank launcher ("Nowy aktywator") in a random folder (Graphics for
example), used search field to find it ("nowy"), clicked somewhere on
empty space couple times, clicked on disabled (greyed out) menu buttons
and at some point Menu Libre crashed with

menulibre crashed with TypeError in abspath(): expected str, bytes or
os.PathLike object, not bool

but it remained open, and soon a new instance of Menu Libre showed up
also.

Unfortunately I don't have 100% way to reproduce it, but I've managed to
crash it couple of times just by playing with it this way. Sometimes it
look longer to crash.
