Public bug reported:

When I use gParted to try and create new ntfs file system it uses the
command: mkntfs -Q -V -F -L 'Win10' '/dev/sdc4' and get Error in
argument: "-Q". I open terminal window and omit the -Q option and place
the name after the -v option ( -v:Win10 ) and change the -F to -f, then
it works.
