2008-01-14 Thread Martin Pitt
lpia is by and large i386 with some different default optimizations
enabled, so it is not hard at all to support it.

If someone who has access to the lpia architecture wants to work on this,
I believe the steps are:

 * Pick a sysname for the architecture, probably lpia_linux26.

 * Create param.lpia_linux26.h by copying param.i386_linux26.h in
   src/config.

 * Add a lpia_linux26 case to src/cf/osconf.m4 and then run ./regen.sh
   at the top level to rebuild the configure scripts.

In theory that should be all that's needed, but it needs to be tested on
that system.

   Kaseorg for researching the necessary deltas. (Closes: #456258)

 * Apply upstream patch from the 1.5 series to allow multiple realms to
   be listed in the server krb.conf and hence treated as local.

   enabled and with the multiple local realm patch. (Closes: #453399)
 * Support reconfigure in postinst.
 * Recode debian/copyright to UTF-8.
 * Update to standards version 3.7.3 (no changes required).
