apport information

** Attachment added: "ProcEnviron.txt"

https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1788113/+attachment/5178448/+files/ProcEnviron.txt

** Description changed:

- If I try to switch to intel mode on my Zenbook Pro UX550 and then reboot, I
end up without a graphical session. GDM does not start even if it seems to be
trying to for many times. I see a systemd message that the dGPU could not be
switched off. Also, I get a flickery screen on TTYs until GDM gives up with the
screen alternating between the TTY and teh systemd textual log. Once that stops
flashing I manage to prim-elect nvidia and reboot cleanly. This is certianly
better than before teh update but it does not fix the situation fully. I am
using bionic with all updates applied.
