Thanks for looking into this and sorry for the late reply. It looks like you already found an existing fix for this, but if you still need me to provide a backtrace, please let me know and I'll try to get that for you sooner this time. You mentioned that this was fixed in 18.10, but after installing all available updates from Ubuntu Software, it doesn't look like I have the fix. Running `gnome-control-center --version` returns `gnome-control- center 3.30.2`. Is that the version that should have the fix?
