It looks like you have may have installed some packages from either the ubuntu toolchain test ppa or the oibaf graphics ppa, either of those could be causing issues with the upgrade calculation. I suggest using the 'ppa-purge' tool from the 'ppa-purge' package to remove the packages from those PPAs.
