This issue i am seeing from Ubuntu v18 till upgrade to Ubuntu v20. I have faced same issue where in Ubuntu desktop guide pops of continously for certain duration. Even if we close it, it pops up again. Today this issue did not occur at all. But yesterday when i restarted my laptop several times, some 'Desktop Guide' load URL error is thrown and the guide dialog popped up. This did not allow me to open other applications.
