Public bug reported: ibus-avro is a port of the popular Avro Phonetic Bangla typing method to Linux. This software works as an Engine (plugin) of IBus and lets users type in English and on-the-fly transliterate them phonetically to Bangla.
The package is proposed for Debian simultaneously wnpp bug: https://bugs.debian.org/931527 (in the NEW queue currently) The reason for proposing it here directly too is that I want to backport the package to the stable releases, and hope to be able to start that earlier this way.
