Ubuntu MATE 19.10 beta
Installed papirus-icon-theme and enabled Trashcan icon on desktop.
Expected:
When adding trash to Trashcan, icon changes to "red"
Actual:
When adding trash to Trashcan, icon does not change to "red"
This is working in 18.04 and 19.04 Ubuntu MATE
